A Word of Thanks
I recently shared the news of my new bouts with cancer. Your responses have been heartwarming and very comforting in a difficult time. I am currently doing well. I have made tremendous strides with my physical therapist and will soon be able to be out and about in the “real world” again.
Currently my time has been spent learning to live life with a colostomy bag attached to my stomach. Needless to say the learning curve is not a pleasant one. Fortunately Sam is very good natured about the whole thing. I am, shall we say, less so.
Instead of the usual Haircut and Homily I am attaching a link to a video project that I was recently able to complete. I began it nearly two years ago as a children’s book on coming out but it ended up taking on this new format.
